Hi I'm Lee Scott, Corporate Training and Development Manger for WSI
Lee Scott has a 10 year career to-date within a training development role. He has developed strategic partnerships with key client groups and Learning Communities. Lee Scott has used his consulting skills to identify client needs and recommend viable solutions to his organization. Leading the design, development and delivery stages of all leadership, operational, and technical training initiatives. Lee Scott has also ensured all training programs support the culture, values, applicable operating procedures, and compliance requirements needed by his current employer. Lee has facilitated training programs for multiple levels of management. Overall, Lee Scott has been deeply involved in leading and developing a team of specialists, leading special projects, coaching and mentoring peers, colleagues, and clients. Lee Scott oversees and/or conducts the development of evaluative tools and processes to evaluate and assess the delivery and effectiveness of training programs and materials.
